At the portfolio and program level – we are moving from plan vs actual to focusing on outcomes. Those outcomes should be around money. Make more or spend less. Financial metrics can be lagging. We need intermediate funnel metrics that suggest we are moving in the right direction. Example: visit to website, churn, customer retention.
