Influencing from the Middle: How to build and maintain effective cross functional teams.
We are pleased to welcome Tony Llewellyn, Collaboration Director at Resolex! This month, our talk will be hosted online for you to access from the comfort of your own home.
Product managers often hold an unusual position in an organisation were they must pull together resources from different departments and persuade them to operate as an effective cross functions team, yet without line management responsibility. This presentation looks at the question as to how to lead and influence people when you do not have direct authority over the resources, and yet still need them to work as a collaborative and cohesive unit.
Tony Llewellyn is Collaboration Director at Resolex, a firm specializing in team development.
