Having supported multiple companies through their Agile journey, I want to challenge Agile leaders to focus more on the people aspect, especially considering it’s the no. 1 Agile value. In this talk I will explore the business value of “leading with people” – why, how and results. I build on the concept of servant leadership and construct an environment where people are at the center of everything we do.
